Who we are
**Seed of Lives** is an initiative by Singaporeans, Daniel Yeo and Eve Phua.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about unprecedented change in everyone’s lives. It has added to the stress and anxiety that our children and young people are facing. In the aftermath of a tragic incident in a Singapore school where a student’s life ended prematurely, we recognised an urgent need for our young people to be equipped with skills to identify/ manage the root causes of stress, so that they can adapt and thrive in spite of uncertain and challenging times.
We set up Seeds of Lives, a social enterprise, to reach out, educate and show our young people and their families how resilience muscles, self awareness and positive communication skills can be developed through a series of fun, interactive and experiential programmes for parent and child.
