Who we are
BILBY is a not-for-profit Youth Organisation, set up with the goal of empowering the youths of the nation, by reaching out to the less fortunate, underprivileged, and at-risk.
Through our [services and programmes](https://www.bilbycdl.com/services), we hope to instil in each youth a positive and resilient mindset, which they can carry on with them into their future, and to redefine themselves.
By providing the youths with the potential to grow and develop, we hope that they in turn, can help to provide for the next generation of youths or to give back to the society through their own means and ways.
What to expect
To conduct research on working with youths to build up an eivdence-based framework and model.
To conduct market research on different frameworks and theories for an organisation that is commited to providing outreach support services to youths. Passionate volunteers will have an opportunity to work with an experienced leader in youth services. Condense the market research into actionable insights presented in a slide deck report, and work alongside senior management to develop a framework and model for youth engagement.
