Who we are
BILBY is a not-for-profit Youth Organisation, set up with the goal of empowering the youths of the nation, by reaching out to the less fortunate, underprivileged, and at-risk.
Through our [services and programmes](https://www.bilbycdl.com/services), we hope to instil in each youth a positive and resilient mindset, which they can carry on with them into their future, and to redefine themselves.
By providing the youths with the potential to grow and develop, we hope that they in turn, can help to provide for the next generation of youths or to give back to the society through their own means and ways.
What to expect
To conduct research in existing youth services, and to highlight best practices and gaps.
To help an organisation that is commited to providing outreach support services to youths on their service development in the form of market research. Volunteers will be researching on existing youth services in the community, to highlight gaps, needs, and best practices. Condense the market research into actionable insights presented in a slide deck report. Passionate volunteers will have an opportunity to work with an experienced leader in youth services and make an impact in future projects.
