Who we are
BILBY is a not-for-profit Youth Organisation, set up with the goal of empowering the youths of the nation, by reaching out to the less fortunate, underprivileged, and at-risk.
Through our services and programmes, we hope to instil in each youth a positive and resilient mindset, which they can carry on with them into their future, and to redefine themselves. By providing the youths with the potential to grow and develop, we hope that they in turn, can help to provide for the next generation of youths or to give back to the society through their own means and ways.
What to expect
Objective: To provide support and propose improvements in the UI/UX of our mobile app through conducting usability testings on stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews to understand purpose of the app and determine the types of target audience in order to plan the app (2-3 weeks)
Liase with targeted users provided by the organisation to understand opinions on the current app journey to identify flaws (1 month)
Analyse data gathered to propose designs and perform copywriting (2 months)
