Who we are
The National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) is the steward of the City of Good vision for Singapore, where individuals, organisations, and leaders come together to give their best for others.
What to expect
Objective: To track whether the ground-ups in NVPC database are still active according to the criteria!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop code to go through organisation websites and their social media account to see if they are active or not
Update Airtable using Restful APIs
Create documentation on the code and how to execute
What we look for
Expertise Level Required: Medium to High
We are looking for a passionate volunteer who is initiative and independent.
A basic background in Python is needed
Past projects on web scraping or working with APIs will be helpful
Preferred Skills:
- Javascript
