Who we are
Therapy 111 is an organisation that aims to provide early intervention and quality education therapy for young children with learning difficulties or disabilities, to improve their chances of receiving mainstream education in the future.
What to expect
To design and set up a website for Therapy111, an organisation that aims to provide early intervention and quality education therapy for young children with learning difficulties or disabilities. The website will help the organisation raise awareness of their cause (1-connect children, 1-support parents, 1-enrich lives) and enable parents’ networking including provision of quality resources to support them.
Throughout the 10-week project, volunteers are to work with the organisation to conceptualise, design and build a professional website using WIX. Responsibilities include producing a conceptual framework of the website that meets the organisation’s objectives, understanding the functionalities and style of the website desired by the organisation, and designing the web pages accordingly, making use of themes available in Wix as well as creating components using the easy-to-use drag and drop functions (*For ease of maintenance, there should be little to no coding involved). Photos and content will be provided by the organisation, but if volunteers are motivated or interested in creating additional content, such as taking photos and/or videos for use in the website, they are free to do so subject to the approval of the organisation. The final deliverable will be a professional website built using the Wix platform.
