What to expect

Project Description


The student team will conduct an international benchmarking exercise and landscape scan on the manpower strategies by other major cities or countries to develop the arts and culture sectors. These strategies could range from talent attraction and retention, to arts education in schools. The team will evaluate how these strategies can be applied in Singapore’s context, in line with the ministry’s vision for the sector.  


Key Deliverables


  1. Desktop research on the manpower strategies in other arts and culture hubs 

  2. Propose strategies that would be applicable to Singapore’s context for presentation to management
